My name is Linda Barnes, and I’m an avid crafter who loves testing new ideas and techniques — and cheering others on while they do the same.

Life has thrown a few plot twists my way. I live with permanent paralysis and, more recently, I lost the ability to speak. But creativity? That’s still very loud.

In fact, crafting has become my voice — and possibly my therapy (much cheaper than chocolate… sometimes 😉).

I’m incredibly blessed with a husband who encourages me daily to chase my dreams — even when I decide to film “just one quick YouTube video” that somehow turns into three takes and a lighting adjustment.

With our son now having flown the nest, this season of life has given me a little more time (and maybe a little more craft space!) to pour into this creative journey. I’m also supported by an amazing care team who help make it possible for me to keep creating and sharing what I love.

In my creative community, STAMP means:

S – Support each other

T – Try new techniques (even the slightly risky ones!)

A – Access tools, supplies & inspiration

M – Make memories while learning

P – Play freely and pass on creativity

That’s the heart behind Risk-ey Zone Stamp.

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator and creating YouTube content comes with its own challenges — technology doesn’t always cooperate, tools don’t always behave, and sometimes I’m learning right alongside you. But that’s part of the fun.

Let’s everyone stamp.
